Macron Performance of the Month Awards

East Thurrock United collected their accolade for the stunning performance that took them into the FA Cup's First Round Proper on Tuesday night when manager John Coventry was presented with October's Ryman Premier Macron Performance of the Month Award.

The Rocks manager is pictured at Rookery Hill collecting the club's inscribed glass trophy from Ryman League director Craig Johnson before their 2-2 draw with Dulwich Hamlet in the Ryman League's top flight.

The Essex club was named as Macron’s Ryman Premier winners for hammering Bath City 7-1 in the FA Cup's final qualifying round on Saturday 25 October to set-up their trip to League Two Hartlepool United, the result at home to Bath and their subsequent performance in the North East both earning the club national headlines.

Macron's monthly competition aims to recognise and reward the top performers over the course of the campaign and the Rocks were named alongside Wroxham in Ryman North and Burgess Hill Town in Ryman South.

The divisional performance kings were chosen by judges who considered a shortlist of potential clashes before casting their votes based on the result, form and circumstances behind the winning performances.

Burgess Hill Town were also rewarded for a stunning performance in the FA Cup, Ian Chapman's side beating Sutton United 3-1 at Gander Green Lane in the Third Qualifying Round on Saturday 11 October.

Stewart Larter's Wroxham won the division's accolade after posting the season's record league win to date, an 8-0 rout of Romford on Saturday 11 October.
