Tottenham Hotspur Ladies are looking forward to moving into a new home at Ryman North Cheshunt's Theobalds Lane next season.

The Boux Avenue Ryman Women's Cup finalists have agreed a season long deal to move into the refurbished home of the Ambers after ground-sharing at Ware's Wodson Park and Broxbourne Borough's Goff Lane last season.

After the success of England's Lionesses at the World Cup and a move closer to the Premier League club's new training ground in Enfield, Cheshunt's new tenants say they are hoping to attract even bigger crowds to build on their already impressive fan base when they kick off in the new FA Women's Premier League Southern Division campaign.

Manager Karen Hills said: "Pre-season has begun and the ladies and their fitness levels are good, we've no injuries and we're raring to go. We are looking forward to the move and we've a number of pre-season friendlies lined-up."

Spurs Ladies, beaten 2-1 by Charlton Athletic Ladies after extra-time in May's Boux Avenue final at Ware, pictured, are kicking off in their first match at Theobalds Lane against an Arsenal XI at 10.30am on Sunday 9 August.
