As well as collecting inscribed glass trophies recording their achievements from Macron, the three managers can look forward to being measured up for new suits after being named as the Ryman League's latest managerial maestros on Saturday before October's action got underway.
Like all winners and for the second season in a row, the trio will be able to choose from three colours at the long established company’s 7000 sq ft Suit City in Redhill as part of a unique sponsorship partnership which was signed in time for the start of last term.
There is no restriction on the number of suits managers can win over the next eight months but joint bosses will have to win more than once with the monthly prizes restricted to one suit per winning club.
Williams will collect the second managerial accolade to be handed out in the top flight this season after guiding his side to fourth in the table and only three points off the top on the back of four wins and a draw in September.
Recently appointed Wands boss Russell will be rewarded for his side's impressive form since he took the helm, six wins and a single draw taking his new charges four points clear at the top of the table by the end of the month.
In Ryman South, Walton Casuals are up into the top half of the table after Gale masterminded his side's five straight wins in September before their only slip-up, a 2-1 defeat at Dorking on Tuesday night in their last outing of the month.
