Shipman leaves the Arena

Brentwood look for a new boss

Brentwood Town have just announced that manager Craig Shipman has decided to leave the club. In a social media statement, the club explained:

'A bit of sad news for you.

Craig Shipman, after discussions with the chairman, has decided to part ways amicably with the club with immediate effect.

We thank Craig for all his hard work on and off the pitch and wish him all the best.'

Shipman took the job permanently in June 2017, and in his two seasons in charge the club have finished in twenty-first and, most recently, thirteenth place.
