Stadium upgrade nears completion

Harlow Town's brand new 3G surface is on track to be ready in time for the new Ryman League campaign.

Delighted officials at the First Division North's Hawks say work at their Barrows Farm Stadium is progressing well and on Tuesday released the latest image of the development, pictured.

With the turf at the ground all gone and currently being replaced with sand, work is now starting on flattening the area for shock pads to be laid. The new FIFA 2 3G carpet is due to be delivered later this week with officials confident that the project will be completed as planned before the end of July.
