Striker Tommy Whitnell returned to Ryman League Cray Wanderers on Wednesday following talks with manager Ian Jenkins.

Whitnell, 24, is back at the Courage Stadium after a season with Ryman Premier rivals Margate where he scored 11 time in 41 appearances for the Hartsdown Park outfit. Former Wands midfielder Jamie Kempster has also returned to the club after a spell out of the game.

The Wands report back for pre-season training on Thursday and have also confirmed that keeper Andy Walker, defender and club captain Mark Willy, Aaron Day, midfielder Alex Stavrinou and striker Leigh Bremner have also re-signed for the new season.
