The managerial merry-go-round spins once more

By Ian Townsend

Regent, Dockers and K's announce new managers- Leafe left leaderless.

It's been another few days where the managerial revolving door has been in overdrive.

First, Brightlingsea Regent announced that their replacement for James Webster- who recently left after seven seasons and eight years in charge to join Aveley- would be a former Head Coach of Webster's, Tom Rothery. The story, direct from the Regent website, can be found here.

Then Tilbury announced that they also had a new manager, in this case Joe Keith, who had left his coaching position at Canvey Island to take over at Chadfields. Full details here.

Then, finally and perhaps most surprisingly, just as we'd all got home from our afternoon at the football and were preparing to watch more of it on TV, Kingstonian announced that they'd appointed Whyteleafe manager Leigh Dynan to take over at Fetcham Grove. Along with Dynan, K's have also snapped up his Assistant at Church Road, Koo Dumbuya. Full story from Kingstonian here.

Whyteleafe, who described themselves on twitter as 'shocked and saddened' at the duo's departure, yesterday came back from conceding an early goal to draw 1-1 at home to Greenwich Borough. Who would have thought that this would be Dynan's last match in charge?

Where next?

Rooks go goal crazy, Greens stay at the summit, and Canvey win a thriller! As you were at the top of our three divisions, but much excitement nonetheless
Swans come to life, despite Brian Staines Town took on Leatherhead at Wheatsheaf Park. Would the real Leatherhead turn up this week? Would the Swans get back to winning ways? We found out.
