K's and Vickers make mcnificent signings!

Kingstonian and VCD Athletic added to their squads late last night, both clubs announcing significant transfers.

Firstly, in the South East Division, VCD manager Keith McMahon unveiled the signing of striker Charlie MacDonald from Cray Wanderers. MacDonald, 37, previously played professionally for clubs including Leyton Orient, Brentford, MK Dons and Oldham Athletic, but as you will recall more recently turned out for Greenwich Borough and Wanderers. He will undoubtedly light up Oakwood next season. See the VCD Twitter feed for more information.

Kingstonian, meanwhile, added to their already impressive list of summer signings with the addition of Hampton & Richmond Borough midfielder Shaun McAuley.

McAuley will of course be familiar to K's fans, as he spent a few months with the club in 2016/17 before becoming a Beaver. For more news on that transfer, go here.
