Tonbridge Angels really will be spreading the love on St Valentine's Day when they host East Thurrock United in the Ryman Premier.

The Kent club are in the process of organising a 'Football is for Everyone Day' on February 14 with the Football Supporters Federation and Kick It Out as part of the latter's 'Season of Action' programme and a joint 'Fans for Diversity' campaign which was launched in March.

Officials at the Longmead Stadium are working with the FSF's diversity and campaigns manager Anwar Uddin who is also the assistant manager at Maldon and Tiptree in Ryman North.

February has also been chosen by the anti-homophobia campaign Football v Homophobia as a 'Month of Action' and officials say they are also in contact with the FA backed initiative to lend the club's support.
