Defender heads to Wodson Park

Ware have announced the signing of defender George Casey.

Casey may be familiar to some fans from the Bostik League, as he spent last season with Bishop's Stortford, becoming a regular- although, of course, they weren't in the Bostik League at that point! He played both at full back and occasionally in central defence.

Prior to being a blue, he turned out for St Albans City, St Neots Town and Chesham, the last two on loan after earlier signing professional forms for Stevenage in 2015. Most recently he played for Royston Town in the Evo-Stik South Premier Central.
