Woods appoint new manager...

It is more than six weeks since Northwood began their manager search, after Dean Barker departed the Acretweed Stadium- and last night they announced that they had finally found his replacement- appointing the man who has kept the seat warm since it became vacant, Scott Dash.

Dash had been Barker's assistant, but stayed on after his former boss left, and has since steered the side to three league victories- and one draw- from five matches.
