A Cambridge Dinner Date

Cambridge City have announced that defender Seb Simpson will make a new debut tonight- as a TV star as he takes part in the ITV show, 'Dinner Date.'

Screened on ITV Be at 8PM, it seems that Seb will be amongst the prospective suitors hosting a lady named Nadia. Given his profile on the Cambridge City website, we suspect that Nadia will be having chicken washed down by an energy drink, perhaps eaten off a table which the player has made himself, given he is a carpenter by trade? Or perhaps we're overthinking this a little?

Seb has been with City since November 2018, and made more appearances than any other player last season, playing thirty three times. If he's any good at cooking he may also be employed making the post-match meal when the new campaign kicks off.
