Wilson makes the move to Horsham

Horsham have announced the arrival of midfielder Brad Wilson, who arrives at the Camping World Community Stadium after departing Corinthian-Casuals.

Brad made eight appearances in pink and brown last season, scoring three goals- including a double in the win at Potters Bar Town. He managed three goals in twenty two matches during the short 2019-20 season, and played against the Hornets twice during the two campaigns, on both occasions arriving from the bench.

He made his Isthmian breakthrough with Whyteleafe, and also spent time with Lewes, signing in the summer of 2019- but doesn't seem to have played a competitive match for the Rooks.

He told the club website:

"Promotion is definitely on the cards. We have a good enough squad, we have the facilities available to us, we have everything we need here, it’s just up to us to perform and if we can keep hold of the majority of the squad.

Horsham have hovered around the play-offs for the last couple of years so I feel like we can push on. The club is ready for it and the player’s are there to do it.”

The club have also confirmed the return of four of last season's players- Steve Metcalf, who returns for his sixth season, strikers Chris Smith and Eddie Dsane, and defender Danny Dudley, who had only been with the club for a short time before last season fell over.
