A Dunn deal

Defender signs on once more at Hullbridge

Around five minutes before lockdown Hullbridge Sports confirmed the signing of Aveley defender Perry Dunn. Well the deal has been Dunn once more (sorry, couldn't resist), and Perry will start the new campaign as a Sport, after not getting to play a single match for the club after his return.

The player- who was part of the Hullbridge side that won the Essex Senior League title- started last season with Sports before heading to Parkside, playing fourteen times. His move to Aveley saw him spend quite a lot of time on the bench, making seven appearances and scoring one goal- in the win over Cambridge City at the end of November.

In the past he has played for Grays Athletic, making nine appearances in 2018, and for Thurrock, making seventeen appearances during their final ever season. He also had a prior spell with Aveley during 2016-17.

He stated:

"I'm very happy to sign for Hullbridge and look forward to getting out there and playing again. When the time is right I hope to see both old and new supporters. Come down and see all the exciting things happening both on and off the pitch."
