A Friday night friendly round up

By Ian Townsend

We had a number of sides in action last night. Here's what happened.

We start at Sittingbourne, who took on a side from Dulwich Hamlet and continued their winning streak- although conceded goals for the first time this pre-season, shame on them!

Over in Essex Bowers & Pitsea started a busy weekend (they're off to Hythe today) as they welcomed Leigh Ramblers- and they started well, winning four-nil with Moncur, Okoh and Peter amongst the scorers.

Felixstowe & Walton United welcomed Needham Market to the seaside,
and delivered a two-two draw, with Billy Holland and Callum Harrison the scorers.

Stowmarket Town travelled to take on Mulbarton, and won two-nil, with goals from Hipkin and Lambe.

Heybridge Swifts welcomed Dunmow Town, and won by the odd goal in five. Ross Wall, Rhys Henry and Andy Fennell scored for Swifts.

Bognor Regis Town welcomed Worthing, and the match ended in a one-one draw. Dembele scored for the Rocks. Image from Martin Denyer, more here.

Not too far away from Bognor, Arundel hosted Littlehampton Town, the Golds winning five-two and also winning a toblerone in the raffle, some people have all the luck!

There were also two other matches, and Walton & Hersham and at Bedfont Sports, but as yet we've seen no outcomes. As you can tell, we're relying on social media, so this isn't an exact science!
