A 'Heads Up' from the Palace

You may recall that last month the Isthmian League were amongst the signatories to the 'Mentally Healthy Football Declaration,' as the football world came together to support good mental health across our national game. Well we've now had a letter from Prince William thanking us for our commitment, and you can see it below.

Remember, perhaps more now than ever given the environment we live in, it is crucial that players, staff, managers and officials are encouraged to look after their mental health just as they look after their physical health, that we're able to spot the signs that our colleagues might need support, and that we understand that speaking out about mental health is a sign of strength, not weakness. Please don't suffer in silence- and please keep an eye on those around you to ensure that they are supported if they are suffering.
