A pair of Dockers return to work

By Ian Townsend

Kendall and Aldridge sign on for next season

Tilbury last night revealed that midfielder Charlie Kendall and goalkeeper Harry Aldridge had agreed to return to Chadfields for the forthcoming season. Both were an important part of the squad that had taken the Dockers to third place in the North Division when the 2019-20 season was brought to a premature end.

Charlie made thirty one appearances last season, making the number four shirt his own. Prior to moving to Chadfields he played for Tilbury's North Division rivals Basildon United and Heybridge Swifts.

Harry came into the Dockers first team in October, starring in the two-one win at promotion rivals Bury Town. He played eighteen times, and finished on the losing side on only four occasions, winning our Golden Gloves Award in January. He previously played for Romford.
