Whitehawk raid Kent, and come back with Stephen Okoh and Mo Kamara

Whitehawk have announced two new signings, with the arrival of Stephen Okoh from Faversham Town and Mohamed Kamara from Margate.

Stephen, who made his debut for the Hawks from the bench in defeat against Lancing, had been a Lily-white since the summer of last year- managing nine appearances- including one against his new club- last season, and another three this.

He spent 2019-20 with Hythe Town, making twenty four appearances and scoring three goals. He headed to the Cannons from Bromley, and has also played for VCD Athletic, Margate, Leatherhead and spent some time north of the border at Stranraer.

Defender Mo comes in from Margate, where he has made eight appearances this season. he can play as a full back, a centre back or as a holding midfielder, and joined the Blues in the summer from Herne Bay, where he had a brief stay, making six appearances after moving from Ashford United. Whilst with the Nuts and Bolts during 2019-20 he made thirty nine appearances, almost all of them in the number six shirt.

That was his second spell with the Nuts and Bolts, and he'd also played for Herne Bay previously, making seven appearances in 2017-18 a campaign during which he also played for Molesey. He has also turned out for Greenwich Borough.
