A Seaside number one

Robinson is the new keeper at the Goldstar Ground

Felixstowe and Walton United yesterday announced the arrival at the club of Stowmarket Town keeper Callum Robinson.

Callum's departure from the Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division club was made public last month, but he played very little football there last season, spending much of the campaign on loan at Brantham Athletic. He started his senior career at Colchester United- according to their website he was born on January 1st 1901, so he looks very good indeed for his age- but he previously played in the Isthmian League for Wroxham and AFC Sudbury.

Speaking to the Seasiders social media team, he stated:

“I’m really excited to be at Felixstowe, they have a great following and good ambition. It’s an exciting challenge for myself and I'm really looking forward to getting going and contributing to getting results for the football club."
