A Wanderer for Vale

Pitching In Isthmian South Central leaders Raynes Park Vale have made a loan move for Dorking Wanderers defender Isaac Philpot, and the full back was part of a defence that kept a clean sheet in a win at Met Police on Saturday.

Isaac is a regular part of the first team setup at Wanderers, but has been out until recently with serious injury and heads to Vale to build his match fitness. He joined Wanderers in the summer of 2017, and Isthmian watchers may well remember him, as he was a big part of the side which won our Premier Division title by a colossal twenty two points at the end of the the 2018-19 season, after finishing in mid table the previous season. He has gone on to play an important role as his side have climbed the pyramid to even higher heights.
