A Witham Wanderer

By Ian Townsend

Yet another managerial departure in the North Division

North Division managers seem to be departing in droves, and the latest was confirmed today as Marc Benterman resigned his role at Witham Town. The club have announced that Chris Taylor will take on the role of interim manager whilst they consider an appointment, whilst Marc will remain with the club and work with the Academy.

Marc moved to Spa Road in the summer of 2019 after taking Stansted to second spot in the Essex Senior League. He was previously manager at Halstead Town and Debenham LC.

He leaves with Town in sixteenth place in the Pitching In Isthmian North Division.
