Admission prices slashed for match of the day

Merstham

Merstham's officials are hoping their fans will turn out in force on Saturday to help Hayden Bird's side put the brakes on Burgess Hill Town's seemingly relentless march towards the Ryman South championship.

The Hillians, ten points clear of Bird's third placed side with four games in hand, are unbeaten in 28 league outings while the Moatsiders have lost just one of their last 21.

To encourage a bumper crowd for what officials are calling the 'Clash of the Titans' in a publicity campaign this week ahead of the top of the table fixture, admission at the turnstiles will be slashed to £5 for all fans with free entry offered to supporters aged under 16 at the Moatside.
