An Ites duo

Jake McIntyre and Dami Taiwo Pratt are new at Sheppey United

We're catching up on the remaining transfers which were announced prior to last week's deadline day. There were quite a number, and with the amount of football we had over the Easter weekend we're a little behind!

Sheppey United announced two new arrivals before the window slammed shut.

Jake McIntyre arrives on a dual registration deal from Faversham Town, where- according to the League website- he's made nineteen appearances.

Jake is a left back, and was with Ramsgate last season, playing thirty eight times- following forty during 21-22 and six during the finished almost as son as it began 20-21 campaign.

Before he was a Ram he was with the Nuts and Bolts, making thirty seven appearances- with two rather rare goals- for Ashford United during the unfinished 19-20 season. That followed ten appearances during 2018-19, after he moved to Homelands from another side who play in green, VCD Athletic.

He moved to Vickers after the sad demise of Thamesmead Town, and was previously at East Grinstead Town.

Dami Taiwo Pratt comes in on loan from EFL League Two side Gillingham. The centre back has been playing Under 18 football for the Gills. He made his debut with a clean sheet as the Ites defeated Hythe Town three-nil on Monday.
