Bammant back at Dereham

By Ian Townsend

Lowestoft hitman is a Magpie once more

Dereham Town have announced the return of forward Shaun Bammant from Lowestoft Town, and as you can see below, manager Adam Gusterson is rather delighted about it!

In his last season with the Magpies, 2013-14, Shaun managed thirteen goals from twenty nine appearances, and by the following campaign he was playing in National League North for the Trawlerboys. He became a very important part of the Lowestoft squad, and remained so until the 2019-20 season when he suffered a dreadful double leg break which kept him out for- as you can imagine- a considerable period of time. Fit again, the Magpies will be hoping he makes the same impact for them he did during his last season at Aldiss Park.

Shaun also played for Norwich United and Bury Town.
