Bay bring in Frankie Morgan

By Ian Townsend

Corinthian full back takes a step up

Frankie Morgan had a fine season in the Pitching In Isthmian South East, an important part of an impressive Corinthian defence which conceded only thirty nine goals last season; only champions Hastings United, Haywards Heath Town and- of course- Herne Bay had better records at the back.

Bay have now decided that they need to strengthen their defence for their Premier Division challenge- and they have snapped up Frankie to help with that. He made thirty three appearances in green and white last season, and contributed a couple of goals, too. He also played a big part in their promotion to our ranks, after coming through the Under 21 setup.
