Beazer buzzes in to the Greens

By Ian Townsend

Cameron Beazer is new at Gorleston

Pitching In Isthmian North side Gorleston called on defensive midfield reinforcement as they looked to hold onto their four-two lead against Maldon & Tiptree on Saturday, new signing Cameron Beazer coming on to ensure that they closed out their victory.

Cameron was with one of our former clubs, Dereham Town, as a youth, and was a very successful University player as he completed his education, a league title winner with University of West England. He moved on to play for Fakenham Town, and Bury Town fans might remember a man of the match performance for Fakenham as the Blues eventually triumphed in the FA Cup in August 2021.

He signed for Norwich United at Christmas 2022- indeed, they announced his arrival on Christmas day, so the admin was rather keen! He then moved back to Fakenham, and we assume it's from there he transfers to the Greens, as we can't find evidence of any further moves.
