Aveley promotion winner Benas Vaivada heads to the Len Salmon

Bowers & Pitsea have confirmed the signing of Aveley midfielder Benas Vaivada.

Benas first came to our attention in January 2022, when he signed for Margate, stepping up from Tower Hamlets, who play in the SCEFL. He went on to make twenty five appearances, and weighed in with four goals, becoming a firm favourite amongst the Hartsdown Park faithful.

In the summer of last year he made the move to Parkside, and played a big part in the Milers elevation to National League South. He made forty appearances over the course of the campaign, and weighed in with five goals, including the second as his side won the Velocity Cup. That was his second Velocity Cup Final appearance in twelve months, as he was on the losing side for Margate during 21-22.
