Bennett returns for the Terrors

Shortly before yesterday's home match with Thatcham Town, Tooting and Mitcham United announced the return to the club of Ollie Bennett- although he could have looked a little happier about it! He then made an immediate second debut, wearing the number fourteen shirt.

Ollie, who came through the Crystal Palace Academy and has a number of coaching qualifications too, also played for Fleet Town, was a part of the Terrors squad for two seasons, making twenty six appearances during the promotion campaign of 2016-17 and another eighteen the following season. He then moved on to Greenwich Borough and Sevenoaks Town.

He spent last season- and indeed the start of this one- with Welling Town, making fourteen appearances.
