Blues open up as a food bank next week

Wingate and Finchley become a Food Bank for an evening on February 9th

Pitching In Isthmian Premier Division side Wingate and Finchley are opening their doors on the evening of February 9th in an attempt to help the most vulnerable members of their community. In a statement on social media, they explain:

'Wingate & Finchley is proud to be supporting Finchley Foodbank in its vital work in helping to feed the local community. Now more than ever, families and individuals need help.

We are opening our stadium doors on Tuesday 9th February between 7-9pm to collect donations of items such as toiletries and dried/canned foods. Whatever you can spare would be greatly appreciated. A little bit of kindness can go a very long way.
