Bugg for Stow

Prior to Saturday's scheduled (but postponed) match against Enfield, Pitching In Isthmian North side Stowmarket Town announced the signing of forward George Bugg, who has been plying his trade at Hadleigh United.

George has been part of the squad at Stow previously. He played twenty seven times during 21-22, and was part of their promotion winning squad in the previous season.

Back in 2019 George moved from Walsham-le-Willows to our very own Witham Town. He managed nine goals in fourteen matches at Witham, before moving on to finish the 19-20 campaign at Brightlingsea Regent, who were then in our top tier. He scored four goals for Regent in twenty one matches, and was also at the Taydal during the very brief 20-21 campaign.

Last season he turned out for Mildenhall Town.
