Dormer steps in at Chertsey Town

Chertsey Town have announced Stephen Dormer as their new Director of Football, replacing Dave Rayner, who stepped down last month.

The Curfews confirmed the appointment on social media, saying:

'The Club are delighted to announce Stephen Dormer as our new Director of Football. Steve’s football and business knowledge will be a massive help to the club and we can’t wait to get started.
Welcome to the Curfews Stephen.'

Manager Kevin Maclaren responded:

'Excited to work with Steve - known him a couple of years now and is a good, local football man.'

Stephen is well known in Surrey football, and has been involved in and very supportive of a number of clubs in the county. His company, Surrey Hire, are shirt sponsors at Kingstonian.
