Dereham bring in Gusterson

Harleston boss takes over as head Magpie

Dereham Town have moved quickly to replace departed manager Neal Simmons, appointing Adam Gusterson, manager of Thurlow Nunn North Division pacesetters Harleston Town.

Gusterson, a former Magpie, won a league and cup double last season, and his side is currently seven points clear at the top of the table. But now he's opted for a different kind of challenge, with Dereham bottom of the Bostik North Division.

His Assistant Olly Willis, another former Magpie, will be joining him at Aldiss Park.

The new manager has spoken to the Diss Express, and you can read his thoughts on his new job here. The club have made a very short statement, and you can read that here.
