Doe back with the Cannons

By Ian Townsend

Defender returns to Hythe Town

Hythe Town have announced the return to the club of defender Scott Doe, who made thirteen Cannons appearances this season- and scored two goals- before departing in early November.

Scott has no shortage of experience at a higher level, having previously turned out for Dagenham & Redbridge around three hundred times. His career also takes in Boreham Wood, Whitehawk, Billericay Town, Dover Athletic and Welling United. He also spent a brief period at Romford during the Glenn Tamplin era (to be fair, even Glenn Tamplin only spent a brief time at Romford during the Glenn Tamplin era).

The Cannons travel to high-flying Ramsgate on Monday.
