Bognor Regis Town have confirmed the signing of two Ukrainian players who are now based in Sussex, forward Bohdan Skyba and midfielder Yurii Moro.
Both came through the ranks at Vorskla Poltava, who finished seventh in the Ukrainian Premier League last season and who currently sit in tenth place. Poltava is a city in central Ukraine, and is home to two hundred and eighty nine thousand people, which makes it larger than Newcastle Upon Tyne; indeed, at the time of the last census only eight British cities were larger.
In short, it's a bit bigger than Bognor!
Bohdan most recently played for FC Kobeliaky, whilst Yurii spent last season at Legion Poltava, both in the Ukrainian Third Division.
