A Maldon catch up

The last few days have seen a number of Maldon & Tiptree signings (whilst we've been galavanting around Kent). Let's have a catch up.

Over the last few days Maldon & Tiptree have announced a selection of signings, so let's bring you up to date with the arrivals at Park Drive.

Alfie Mason moved from Premier Division Bishop's Stortford. He made eighteen appearances last season, missing a section of the campaign through injury, and forty three the season before, when he scored seven goals. Prior to his time at the Profit Stadium, where he played for the Under 18's, he also spent time at Stowmarket United and was a youth player at West Ham United. Read more here.

Rhamar Garrett-Douglas, a defender, has also turned out for Stortford, but spent some of last season on loan at Hullbridge Sports. He was a regular for the Barnet Under 18's side, and came through the club's scholarship programme. Read more here.

Kraig Noel-McLeod came through the youth ranks at Norwich City and Queens Park Rangers, but the defender has also played for Basingstoke Town and Hendon. He is a Grenada international. Read more here.

Forward Hamza Kaid, who was a big part of last season's success, has decided to sign on once more to see whether he can help propel the Jammers to further glory. He made thirty four appearances, scoring six goals. Read more here.

Bradley McClenaghan was the next in. He also spent time with Bishop's Stortford last season, making thirteen appearances, whilst on loan from Leyton Orient. The midfielder was very highly-rated by the O's. Read more here.

Finally, today the club announced the signing of Niran Butler. Defender Niran came through the youth setup at Barnet, and first came to our attention last summer when he signed for Staines Town, where he made fifteen appearances. He previously played for Flackwell Heath. Read more here.
