A Tooting twosome

Ollie Pain and Cory Walters-Wright sign on for the Terrors

Tooting and Mitcham United last night introduced two new signings in their defeat to Chertsey Town, goalkeeper Ollie Pain and defender Cory Walters-Wright made their bows.

Ollie comes in after spending time with Barking, although he doesn't seem to have played there. He was previously with Chipstead, where he made thirteen appearances last season (which was about as many as anyone made given when it ended). He has also played in Australia (he wasn't commuting, he comes from the land Down Under, where beer does flow and men chunder, apparently) and spent time as part of the Academy setup at Crystal Palace and Sunderland, as well as having loan spells with Motherwell and Met Police.

Cory heads north from East Grinstead Town, where he has made eight appearances this season, the last of them against Corinthian on 13th November. He was previously with Thamesmead Town, Sittingbourne, Herne Bay, Chatham Town and Canterbury City.
