Big news from Bognor

The Bognor Regis Observer has today confirmed that four more Bognor Regis Town players have signed on for the new season- defenders James Crane, Chad Field and Calvin Davies, and skipper Harvey Whyte.

Field and Davies will be like having two new signings, as both missed the whole of last season through injury. Ex Portsmouth full back Davies was a big part of the Rocks promotion side in 2017, whilst centre back Field- another ex Pompey player- was badly missed last season, but may apparently need another four months to be back to full fitness. Whyte made thirty seven appearances last season, Crane thirty nine- scoring nine goals, including a hat trick at Margate, rather remarkable for someone who is ostensibly a defender.

This quartet join the already-confirmed foursome of Amadou Tangara, Tommy Leight, Ashton Leigh and striker Brad Lethbridge.
