Brickies on the road to a new home?

New development- which will be linked directly to the M2- could provide Sittingbourne with a brand new stadium

Sittingbourne Football Club have been included in an ambitious project to build a new garden village in the Swale Kent. The proposed new ground will be a state-of-the-art facility with 3g pitches that will be managed by the football club and made available to the schools proposed for the development.

Planning permission is still to be obtained but if the go ahead is given the first stage will be a new junction 5A off of the M2 followed by the football ground. The ground will be backing onto the motorway and about quarter of a mile from the existing Woodstock ground. Developer Quinn Estates has been the main sponsor of the club for the past few years.
