Fifty Days Later

Chalfont St Peter boss Finlay completes his 5K charity challenge

Last month we told you about Chalfont St Peter manager Finlay Johnson, who set out to run 5k a day for fifty days. His aim was to raise cash to buy boots for needy children, and earlier this week he completed the challenge- and has raised almost two thousand pounds so far.

Writing on social media, he explained:

'Thank you so much for everyone’s help with donations of money and boots! This will mean a lot, and go a long way to making a lot of kids happy!'

It isn't too late to give, and to spread the happiness even further. You can head HERE to add to the total.

Congratulations Finlay. Hopefully we don't need to send you a donation of blister plasters!
