Former Chelsea midfielder signs on at United

The Nuts and Bolts strengthen in time for their trip to Herne Bay


Ashford United this morning announced the signing of Bernard Kosia, a twenty one year old attacking midfielder who came through the ranks at Chelsea.

Bernard, who was at Stamford Bridge for nine years, has this season spent time at Eastbourne United in the Southern Combination Football League. After his time at Chelsea he went on to play for Leyton Orient, but you will perhaps remember him for his spells with Whitehawk and Three Bridges. He made half a dozen appearances for Bridges during the 2019-20 campaign.
