My First XI: Kelvin Waine

By Ian Townsend

Corinthian-Casuals fan Kelvin is next up

We're off to the shadow of the Tolworth Tower to sample chips with four cheeses, as Kelvin brings us his Premier First XI.

Goalkeeper - Jack Giddens (Bishop Stortford)- crazy number of clean sheets this season back to back. Broke club record.

LB - Ryan Kirwan (Enfield Town) energetic. Got both sides of the game.
CB - Rian Bray (Enfield Town)
CB - Craig Robson (Bognor Regis) experienced. Reads game so well, a threat from set pieces also.
RB - Crossley Lema (Margate ) very aggressive full back. Defensively very solid.

CM - Tom Kavanagh (Horsham)- tall experienced and cool and collected on the ball. Press resistant and can score goals.
CM- Paris Hamilton-Downes (Carshalton Athletic) A leader. Been a rock all year.
CAM- Deshane Dalling (Lewes) creates so many opportunities in a game

RM - Jordy Mongoy (Bognor Regis Town) tall technical genius. Very hard to keep silent in a game.
LM- Ollie Tanner (Lewes) dribbles with intent and power. Good young player.
ST - Danny Bassett (Carshalton Athletic) great strike on him. Physical threat.

And that's that! Please let us have your team of the year, and you'll see it here in the near future. Remember, we need your name, the name of the team you support, and you can only have a maximum of three players from one team.

Email your thoughts to Ian at townsendaround@gmail.com- with an explanation for each of your choices, if possible.
