Regent bring in Clarets forward

Brightlingsea Regent have announced the signing of Chelmsford City forward Tom Blackwell, who moves to the club on loan until the end of the season.

Tom has recently had a loan spell with Canvey Island, where he made eight appearances. He ended his time with the Gulls by watching from the bench as they departed the FA Cup in the Second Round on Monday night, but they lost only one of the matches he played a part in.

He signed for the Clarets in the summer after leaving Coggeshall Town, for whom he appeared eleven times last season.
