Salter back with Barking

By Ian Townsend

It's like he'd never been away, as midfielder Tom returns from Aveley

It's only a month and a half since we told you that Barking attacking midfielder Tom Salter had left the club for Aveley, but given he was an impact substitute for the Blues as they came back from three-nil down to draw three-three with Brentwood Town last night we can safely assume he's back at Mayesbrook Park.

Tom had made three appearances for the Blues this season before becoming a Miller, and made four more for the Millers, so that's eight for the season! His latest Barking bow saw his side score three goals after he came on, which we're sure can't have been a coincidence!
