Shining a light on Equality FC

Journalism student's project highlights the pioneering gender equality work at the Dripping Pan

Student Juliana Cruz Lima, of the University of Kent's Centre for Journalism, has posted her final year project for all to read- and it is rather interesting, as it focuses on the efforts of Lewes FC to ensure equality at the club. Her work, entitled 'EQUALITY FC -THE STORY OF THE CLUB THAT DEFIED GENDER INEQUALITY IN FOOTBALL,' goes behind the scenes at the Dripping Pan and also looks at the history of women's football in general.

We think you might enjoy it- but would point out that it's best read on a desktop/laptop pc- it won't work too well on a phone!
