Watching the Euro's- the Isthmian way

By Ian Townsend

Many of our Pitching In Isthmian clubs are showing the Euro's- and after the way the last fifteen months have gone, they could definitely use your patronage. Here's where you can watch.

We're all excited for the Euro's, even though many, many years of experience should perhaps have made us rather pessimistic about England's chances! Given you're likely to want to watch as many matches as possible nonetheless, perhaps you might want to get along to your local Pitching In Isthmian club, who have really felt the financial pinch of late and would be really delighted to see you. If so, here's a list of clubs where you can watch:

Premier Division:

Brightlingsea Regent are showing all of the England games. There doesn't appear to be any need to book at this point.

Carshalton Athletic are showing all of the England matches and then everything from the last sixteen onwards. You do have to book, however, so do that here.

Horsham are showing England's group matches- although we're sure there will be more on display if the side reach the last sixteen and beyond. You need to book- here.

North Division:

Aveley are showing all the England matches in their spacious bar, but recommend an early arrival!

We assume that Basildon United are showing some of the tournament, as we know they've installed a new big screen especially, but we don't have any more detail!

Canvey Island are open for all of the England matches plus some Scotland and Wales, and you can read more here.

Dereham Town will be showing all England and Scotland games- and you can read more here.

Felixstowe and Walton United seem to be showing almost everything, with screens both inside and outside. You do need to book for the England matches, however, and you can do that here. Read more here.

Soham Town Rangers are advertising that they will have a big screen on the pitch for England v Croatia. Given the positive weather forecast, that seems a rather nice idea!

South Central Division

We don't know whether Tooting and Mitcham United are showing all the matches, but they are certainly showing Sunday's clash- find out more here, and have your photograph taken with the London Senior Cup!

South East Division

Burgess Hill Town are showing the England matches in their Hillians Bar. Doors open an hour before kick off.

Hastings United are showing the England matches, but you need to book- details here.

Herne Bay have also committed to the England games, and you can learn more here.

If your club is also showing the tournament and we've missed you out, please get in touch. Social media doesn't necessarily tell the whole story!
