City sign two

Cambridge City welcome back Ingrey, and introduce Shaw

Striker Ryan Ingrey, who signed a dual-registration deal with Cambridge City from Royston Town back in January, has returned to the club permanently this time. He has been joined by defender Stevan Shaw, who moves over from St Neots Town.

Ryan, formerly a youth teamer at Cambridge United, had been at Royston Town for many years and was a big part of their title success in 2016-17. He managed five appearances for City after his arrival.

Stevan, another former Cambridge United youth who left the club at the end of the 2017-18 season, made twenty appearances for St Neots last season, according to the Southern League website.
