Tanners strengthen their strikeforce

Tonbridge hitman heads to Fetcham Grove


Leatherhead yesterday announced the signing of Tonbridge Angels striker Chinedu McKenzie, and immediately gave him his Fetcham Grove debut in last night's victory over Corinthian-Casuals.

McKenzie's departure from Longmead was confirmed last weekend. He moved to Angels from Haringey Borough in January, and scored twelve goals in thirty seven appearances for Steve McKimm's side as they marched to a Playoff and Super Playoff win last season. He has made ten appearances since Angel's elevation to National League South, but hasn't found the net so far this season.
