Gareth Southgate passes on his congratulations as NHS fundraising hits 50k

A few times over the last six weeks we've told you about an initiative set up by Sussex Football Legends Scott Kirkwood and Kevin Keehan- with the aim of raising at least two thousand pounds for the Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Charitable Trust. Well yesterday they got a call from England Manager Gareth Southgate to thank them for their efforts, as the amount raised reached a fantastic fifty thousand pounds!

Gareth, a former native of Sussex, had a long chat with the guys- and you can watch and listen to it by heading here.

If you haven't yet been out for a run, you still can. And you can find out more- and donate- by heading here.
