A pair of Moles

Binfield have announced a double signing, as they prepare for their trip to Marlow on Monday. Joining the club are Gabriel George and Christian Rowe.

Gabriel is a midfielder, who moves over from Slough Town, where he has been part of the Under 23 squad. He has also made a handful of appearances in the first team squad, in National League South- where town currently sit in mid table. he joins on loan, and Town explain:

'Gabe had a fantastic year last year with the U23s, and was in great form in pre-season but COVID issues, injury and the current form of the first team has meant he has not had the senior experience we would have hoped at this stage.

We feel that it is important for him to get some senior experience as he is still only 18 and we think he has a big future with us, so hopefully both clubs will benefit from the loan.'

Christian also signs from Slough, this time on a dual-registration deal. He has already made two appearances, in the Velocity Trophy win at Ashford Town, and the league defeat against Bracknell Town on Monday. The defender has been alongside Gabriel in the Town Under 23 squad.
