Town sign highly-rated Norwich City keeper on a season-long loan

Bury Town have announced the signing of Norwich City goalkeeper Joe Rose for the 2020-21 Pitching In Isthmian North Division season.

Joe has been with City from a very early age, coming through their Community Sports Foundation and playing at every level up to the Under 23 side. He made his Under 23 debut in November last year.

So far as we can ascertain, this is Joe's first spell away from Carrow Road. You can read an interview with him, conducted by the EFL Championship club, by heading here. Perhaps he might go on to emulate another former Town keeper, Nick Pope!
